1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the q999 online betting and gaming platform, accessible at https://q999.cash and through any associated mobile or web interfaces operated by q999. The terms "we", "us", "our", and "q999" refer to the platform and its operating entity. The terms "you", "your", and "user" refer to any person who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the q999 platform.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the q999 platform you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. q999 operates a strict minimum age policy and does not knowingly permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information q999 requests for identity or payment verification purposes.
• You may only hold one active account on q999. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or any other identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or otherwise have previously been excluded from q999 or any affiliated platform.

3Your Account

Your q999 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, accessed by, or used on behalf of any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Keeping your login details — including your password and any OTP codes sent to your mobile number — confidential is your responsibility. q999 will never contact you to ask for your password.

You agree to notify q999 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. q999 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have knowingly shared access with another person.

• Account registration is free of charge. q999 does not apply any fee to create or maintain a standard account.
• You may update your personal details by contacting q999 support. Name changes require documentary evidence and verification.
• Closing your q999 account can be requested at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after standard verification procedures are completed.
• q999 may apply transaction and activity monitoring to accounts as part of our fraud prevention and responsible gaming obligations. Unusual patterns may trigger additional verification requests before withdrawals are processed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

q999 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. All deposits are credited to your q999 wallet balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawals can be made at any time to your registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account, to a bank account via IBFT, or to the card used for deposit where applicable. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: typically within 10–30 minutes of request approval, 24 hours a day.
• IBFT bank transfer: within 1–2 business hours during banking hours; same-day for requests submitted before 3 PM on business days.
• Card withdrawals: subject to the card issuer's processing timeline, typically 1–3 business days.

q999 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges — these are outside q999's control and are not reimbursed by q999. All funds must be deposited from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating account, less any third-party transfer fees.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on the q999 sports betting and esports betting platform are subject to the following rules. These rules apply to all markets including pre-match, live in-play, accumulator, and outright tournament bets.

• The minimum single bet stake on any sports market is Rs 50.
• Bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. q999 reserves the right to refuse or void bets placed at odds that were published in error.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless q999 explicitly offers a cash-out option on the relevant market.
• Accumulator bets of up to 15 selections are accepted. All legs must win for the accumulator to pay out. If one leg is voided (e.g. due to match abandonment), that leg is removed and the accumulator is recalculated without it.
• In the event of a match being postponed and rescheduled to a date beyond 48 hours from the original fixture date, q999 reserves the right to void all bets on the affected match and return stakes.
• For cricket matches abandoned without a result under DLS or official authority, q999 will void match winner bets and return stakes. Where a DLS result is officially declared, bets settle on that result.
• q999 applies a maximum payout limit per individual bet event. This limit applies regardless of accumulator odds. The maximum payout for a single account in a 24-hour period may be capped at q999's discretion for high-volume events.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns — including but not limited to coordinated staking across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of pricing errors, or evidence of use of automated betting software — will be investigated and may result in bet voidance and account suspension.

6Jackpot Slots & Casino Games

All slot games, casino games, ludo games, fishing games, and virtual sports products available on q999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game studios. All results are generated randomly and independently of any prior spin or game outcome. RTP (Return to Player) percentages stated in game information panels are theoretical figures calculated over millions of rounds and represent expected long-term averages — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• The minimum spin stake across jackpot slot games on q999 is Rs 10.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to verification before payment for wins above Rs 1,00,000. Verification is typically completed within 2 hours.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server error during a game round, q999 will apply the result recorded in its server logs. Where no result can be determined, the stake will be refunded. q999 is not liable for losses resulting from interruptions to your internet connection.

7Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to any applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, the requirement must be met within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Uncompleted requirements result in bonus funds being removed from the account.

8Responsible Gaming

9Account Suspension & Termination

q999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at our discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The user's account is involved in fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The user has created or operated multiple accounts in violation of the single account policy.
• The account has been accessed from a jurisdiction where q999's services are not permitted.
• The user is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawals in progress may be held until the investigation concludes. Where a final account closure is issued due to breach of these Terms, q999 reserves the right to void outstanding bets and withhold balances where they are derived from fraudulent or abusive activity. Balances not derived from prohibited activity will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the q999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and any other material — is the intellectual property of q999 or its licensed content providers. No part of the q999 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or otherwise used for any commercial or non-personal purpose without the prior written consent of q999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the q999 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, or programmatically access q999 data, to copy odds for commercial redistribution, or to create derivative works from q999 content.

11Limitation of Liability

The q999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While q999 strives to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical faults, interruptions, or errors at all times. q999's liability to any individual user in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that user's account at the time the relevant issue arose.
